New UCPS focus: 'education is not about just teaching any more'

Sherry Richardson, principal at Rocky River Elementary School, addresses colleagues during a two-day workshop with Jim Shipley, president of Jim Shipley and Associates. The workshop was attended by UCPS principals and directors learning how to support (from an administrative level) the new educational focus within Union County Public Schools called “professional learning communities” (PLC).
